I was asleep due to cold medication and remained on the bus after it reached the final stop. The cleaners unloaded all luggage onto the street without checking whether all passengers had disembarked. I only woke up when the bus reached its depot, while my suitcase had been left unattended elsewhere. There was no proper assistance or response from the staff. Fortunately, after about 30 minutes of searching, I recovered my bag with the help of an auto driver. A basic passenger check before unloading luggage at the final stop could have prevented this situation.
