I had an exceptional experience with KNR recently. My bus broke down due to unforeseen circumstances, but the way the staff handled it was incredible. The drivers went completely out of their way to stop passing buses and even helped carry my luggage to ensure I boarded the next one safely. To my surprise, they didn't even charge me for the second bus, ensuring my journey continued without any extra cost or hassle. KNR’s staff truly looks after their passengers, and I’d definitely travel with them again.
