Bus changed not ad showing in picture. Tire punctured in the middle of destination. Have to pay to reach the destination to Rapido. Worst service ever.

Bus was cancelled by operator before 2 days but no one inform me about that but your make my trip app does not show the cancellation. Worst service given to your customers. Due to your this worst facility, I faces penalty in my hostel due to not reach at time and operator said that he already give refund from his side but your app doesn't give me my refund. If I will not receive refund within 48 hours.
