Extremely disappointed with Om Sai Ram Travels. They failed to provide basic sleeper blankets during the journey. To make matters worse, the designated rest stop was terrible the food quality was poor, and the washrooms were unhygienic and completely filthy. Poor management and zero focus on passenger comfort. Highly recommend avoiding this travel service.
