Bus stopped at middle of Gachibowli flyover.

One of the worst experiences in this bus. This is a travel bus or general bus. Every stop picks up local customers for money purposes. On Janagareddy Udem to Peddapuram road, the driver does not know the road maps and is guided by another person.

I was unable to sleep properly during the journey because my co-passenger kept their luggage on the same berth, causing significant inconvenience. Despite informing the railway staff multiple times, the issue was not resolved, and the luggage was not moved appropriately. This was a very uncomfortable experience, and I am disappointed that no proper action was taken even after repeated requests. I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future.

The bus was clean and comfortable. The stopping points were well planned. And the food court stop was excellent. I have travelled so far this is the one best experience. I definitely recommend to anyone. For me it is the best bus service.
