Driver has less knowledge about checking the passenger status - refusing to let in but says to go to other mozo bus instead. After 10 minutes of argument, I decided to go in without any talk.

Seats were not that clean. Could have been better. Water drops were falling through AC holes. It was more like a renovated bus from a non-AC bus. Driving was good. They didn't offer water bottles even though they had a lot.

Bus operator/driver didn't drop at the drop point. Bus operator/driver dropped 500 meters near the drop point. Please look into this and take action as per norms and conditions. Thanks.
