My boarding point was from Edakkad bus stop but they didn't come there and asked me to come to some random places near the highway which was so uncomfortable. They didn't call me a single time, but I tried reaching them over 100 times to know about the location. The staff's behaviour was unprofessional as well.

They cancelled the sleeper bus and made us shift two buses, of which one was a non AC traveler and the other was a normal semi sleeper bus. Booked sleeper berth and had to travel by sitting. Had to get down in between due to discomfort. Ticket was from Sulthan Bathery to Thiruvananthapuram.
