They were almost 4 hours late, my boarding time was at 10 pm but the bus came at 1:30 am. When I called them (the number that they provided me through WhatsApp) to ask about the location, they never took my call. Finally, before reaching my pickup location, they called me for confirmation that I was at the boarding point.

This was not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this bus. This time, they changed the bus without informing us, and our seats were moved to the back, just before the last row, which I don’t prefer.

I have raised a complaint regarding my booking for an AC sleeper bus from Taliparamba to Vytilla on 04.10.2026, operated by Emerald Travels. I paid ₹1,243 for the sleeper service, but due to poor coordination, I was first made to travel in a different connecting bus and later had to travel in seater buses for most of the journey. The booked sleeper bus also had poor facilities, no charging/blanket, rainwater leakage and subsequently broke down at Payyoli, causing around a 5-hour delay. The scheduled arrival was 5:25 AM, but I reached Vytilla only around 10 AM. A ticket has already been created regarding this issue. Kindly look into the matter, investigate the service provided, and process a full refund considering the significant inconvenience and failure to provide the service booked.

The bus is delayed by more than 3 hours and 45 minutes, and no one is responding to our calls. This is very disappointing and inconvenient for passengers.

The seating everything is good but the problem is the bus departure time. The bus was supposed to reach at 9.30. It took 3 hours extra. I got tired standing there.
