Entering the bus smelling so bad, not hygienic. The bedsheet, pillow, everything is really bad. Not even properly taking the luggage and keeping it inside the bus. First time I experienced this. Usually, when we come and give the luggage, they take it and keep it inside the bus. But that captain told me to keep the big trolley inside the bus myself, and when my stop came, there was no proper announcement.
