Very Poor Bus Service – Highly Disappointing Experience The bus service is extremely poor and unsatisfactory. The seats are uncomfortable and not in good condition, making the journey very difficult. The contractor's behaviour is also unprofessional and unacceptable. There is a lack of proper service and passenger care. The overall experience is very disappointing. The contractor should improve the bus condition, provide comfortable seating, and maintain proper and respectful behaviour with passengers. I am not satisfied with this service and expect immediate improvement.

Bad experience. Driving is very bad.

Very bad experience. The bus was already out of service, but we were not informed beforehand. We were shifted to another AC bus, which was also very uncomfortable with small seats and poor push-back. On the way, that bus also broke down, and we had to temporarily shift to another bus until the original bus was repaired. Very poor service, communication and management. Highly disappointing.
