It was a terrible journey; the bus had broken down in Koderma for five hours. The bus staff took no responsibility, and because of this, I missed my office today. I had to face a lot of criticism from my senior.

The bus broke down around 3:00 AM, but instead of stopping to address the issue safely, the driver kept dragging the vehicle along for another 3 hours. When we confronted the driver, we received an extremely dismissive and unhelpful response. To make matters worse, when a passenger managed to call the manager, he was extremely rude, misbehaved on the phone, and completely refused to take responsibility. They also flatly declined to offer any refund or alternative solution for the disruption. Terrible customer service and complete lack of safety or respect for passengers. I strongly advise against booking through this bus operator.

They stopped here and there, loaded and unloaded their private goods, and delayed our bus by 1.5 hrs. We got too late to reach, and they were very slow as well.

I recently travelled from Ranchi to Siliguri and had a good overall experience. The journey was comfortable, and the staff were polite and cooperative. The service was well managed, and I appreciated the smooth travel experience throughout the journey. I would recommend it to passengers travelling between Ranchi and Siliguri. Keep up the good service.
