Neat and clean bus, well maintained. Staff behaviour good but the bus is very bad. Suspension too poor, while sleeping seats almost bounced off every few minutes.

My ride is worst and experience with this bus is much more worst. The driver doesn't stop the bus at any washroom for the public. Bus arriving time is 18:30 pm in Kishanganj but bus arrived at 19:40 pm and the destination time is 7:00 am but at the present time we have not arrived, rather travelling in the bus. My opinion with this travel is totally loss of money. Don't plan a travel with this bus.

Wrong contact details were provided via WhatsApp. I couldn't contact the conductor. As a result, I had to face trouble tracking the bus as the bus number was also not provided.

Bus condition and its sleeping experience, cleanliness, and punctuality were good for Sameer Bus, but rest stop hygiene was not as good as expected. First time experience with this bus. Veg or non-veg food was tasteless. I humbly request you to please change the rest stop in Bihar while journeying from Siliguri to Ranchi for maintaining your brand value.
