Firstly, as complained earlier, the bus was really old and run down and in very poor condition. I was shocked to see that, being an AC coach, it was missing an entire section of glass window replaced by just polythene taped across. The staff would not oblige at all for bathroom stops, and the only designated stop had very unhygienic washrooms and overpriced unhygienic food items, even packaged items being sold at more than the amount. Horrible experience.

Upper compartments have less space to sit. Providing AC blanket to the passengers would have been more comfortable for passengers.
