Everything is wrong in this trip. Fare was high, comfort was compromised, staff behaviour was pathetic, toilet was just a urinal.

the person Asim Sarkar was extremely rude and used slangs when was asked about the change in boarding point . the boarding point was changed without intimation .

Need to focus on rest stop hygiene. Also request you to please stop at least 2 times with at least 10 minutes break time.
