Worst experience ever – avoid this bus! (1/5 star) booked through service provider and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish: no working charging ports: not a single charging point worked. do not board this bus without a power bank! reading lights broken: complete darkness overhead; not even basic lights functioned. fake/broken GPS: the live tracking was completely dead and useless. extremely delayed: arrived very late for pick-up and showed zero respect for passengers' time. terrible maintenance, zero basic amenities, and utter waste of money. never booking again.

The AC was leaking water, and my seat became completely wet during the journey from my start to end. This caused a lot of discomfort and inconvenience. The bus was not maintained properly. Please check and repair the AC system to ensure a comfortable journey for passengers. Very disappointing experience.
