Most Pathetic Experience Bus Started 1hr late from Achara Bus Dropped 2.5hr late at Dadar taking a completely different route not mentioned in Bus Stop Route & Time Schedule while Booking (Panvel - Vashi - Mankhurd - Bhandup - Powai - Goregaon - Borivali - After that Kandivali - Goregaon - Andheri - Santacruz - Bandra - Mahim - Dadar)

Booking details only mentioned “sleeper” and didn’t specify amenities (AC/non-AC, blankets, etc.). We ended up in a non-AC bus, which is disappointing. Proper details should have been provided—we would have chosen another bus.
