The bus condition was very poor and unhygienic. The sleeper area was dirty with stains and leftover trash, and parts of the interior were damaged and poorly maintained. This made the journey very uncomfortable. Please ensure better cleanliness and maintenance.

Extremely disappointing experience. The bus was delayed by nearly 2 hours—not due to traffic or unavoidable circumstances, but because the operator chose to wait for a few late passengers. This is highly unprofessional and unfair to those who arrived on time and respected the schedule. This reflects poorly on the operator’s reliability and customer service. I would strongly urge them to implement stricter departure policies to avoid such inconvenience in the future.
