My first experience with this bus and it was terrible, very bad. Since night, the AC was turned off; basically, it became a non-AC bus. Very disappointing.

Ac stopped working just after we boarded from Indore and even after multiple tries it went down again and ultimately it became a sleeper non ac. Also, the charging socket was not working for anyone.
