Bus has reached 1 hour late to pickup point and in between due to careless driving met with an accident and stopped for 2 hours. Bus was supposed to reach at 5:30 am as mentioned; now it is showing tentative reaching time as 10 am. It is totally disappointing with this kind of service.

Rest stop is not good and only driver is there. No staff was there to take my luggage and inform the stop and so on.

My scheduled boarding and arrival times were 9:50 and 6:30, respectively; however, the actual boarding and arrival times of 10:30 and 7:50 represented a significant delay.
