Worst transport I ever experienced till now. Cleanliness and quality of bus is worst.

Bus broke down and we were stranded. Before the bus started, they should have checked, but they didn’t, so all of us suffered. The driver and staff were good but were helpless in the situation.

Bus reached 10:30 am, but the timing they given was 7:30 am. Worst journey in my life. Don't go for the JSR Holiday bus ever.

Yesterday night I travelled in JSR holidays bus. That bus was very old and in very bad condition, not clean. Charger points were also not working, even the light was not working. The driver was talking on the phone while driving the bus. Actually, the arriving time was 6:15, but we reached at 8:30 pm at Anand Rao Circle. Very bad experience.

There is no time sense for drivers' pickup and drop timing, three hours delay. The vehicle condition is disgusting, worst. Drivers stop the bus in the middle unnecessarily. Do not book this travel bus; otherwise, you suffer.

Worst experience ever. Reached Dandeli at 11:30. Bus was not in good condition. There was smoke coming out of the engine, not properly maintained.
