Ok. All are good but if you give water bottles twice a trip per person it is better. Not enough for half litre water bottle. Please consider this and think once.

they didn't wait for me I was 5 mints late first I was on time but bus was late later I went for dinner and bus was nearly 50 minutes latest I request them no use . for them no rules but for customer they have rules 🤬

The bus got delayed by 45-50 minutes. The bus operator called and mentioned prior that the bus would be delayed by 20 minutes. I arrived late by 15 minutes, but still the bus got delayed by 30 minutes. Live tracking was not enabled until my boarding point time. If it is possible to provide live tracking earlier, we will check it and start because we didn't receive any prior live tracking. We needed to either finish dinner quickly and come in a hurry to the stop or not eat anything at all. The bus dropping point time got delayed by 2 hours. So, please improve these.
