Seat and sleep comfort is good since it's a Volvo bus. Bed sheet was too heavy, which keeps our body warm. Rest stop timing was perfect.

Our drop point was Chennai - Thirumangalam but they made us get down in Koyambedu itself, telling us this is the last stop and the bus won't go after this. Then why in the Redbus app are you asking us to select the dropping point? It cost me time and money. The rest stop also was not good.

The journey was excellent. The staff were courteous and the ride was comfortable. However, there was an unpleasant smell inside the bus, which needs improvement.
