AEROLINE Bus Booking

Good.

The diesel got over in between. The bus was not punctual at all. The driver was going very slow and we are in the middle of the road now. 3 hours delayed. Give me a refund.

Very worst response from driver. He didn't pick me up. He skipped my stop without any intimation. I lost XXXXX ticket price. Because of him I lost 2 hour waiting time.

Worst worst worst. There is no live tracking and the bus arrived at the pick up point 1 and a half hours late. My destination is Koyambedu and they have that stop also but they didn't stop at Koyambedu. Instead, they asked everyone who opted for Koyambedu stop to get down in Maduravoyal itself.

Punctuality must be improved - 1 hr late. Bus could have been cleaner. Live tracking did not work despite trying.

Not stopped at destination.

The destination was changed last minute and dropped off 10km before the final destination.

We had arrived 10 mins late and had informed the driver that we were on the way and stuck in traffic, and he still had the audacity to leave us. It is so bad and we have never had this bad experience. It was a new city for us and he didn't bother to be patient. Thankfully, our auto anna spoke and made him wait, but he was not ready to listen at all. Anna had to plead with him in the local language to make him stop as we had panicked. I agree it's a small delay from our end, but that doesn't mean he leaves behind 2 girls and goes. Also, during the pit stop, he didn't bother to check who had come back and who had not. Four boys were not on the bus and he just took off; we had to tell him to stop. This is so unprofessional.

Overall good and Punctual.
