I will never prefer this travels. Very rude behaviour of staff and uncomfortable ride. They won't turn off lights even if it's 10. Cleanliness is very poor.

Very late for pickup and did not even communicate on rest stop. More than 3 hrs delay 8:45 Malakpet drop. Dropped us near Malakpet and asked to wait for Lakdikapul van pickup.

This bus seats were not comparable seat to seat. My whole body had suffering pains and the whole time was not sleeping. Please don't book this bus.
