Bus is too noisy and not able to sleep due to rash driving and sudden brakes. Blankets were not hygienic and even the restroom place was horrible.

Very poor service and unprofessional behaviour by Yatra Logistics. I booked a bus ticket with Yatra Logistics through the app. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The bus operator did not call me before the scheduled departure time to inform me about the bus arrival or pickup. Even though I was slightly delayed, they did not wait even 5 to 10 minutes. As a result, I missed the bus and had to travel approximately 20 kilometers back to find another bus at night. This experience caused me a lot of inconvenience, stress, and unnecessary travel expenses. I am very disappointed with Yatra Logistics and expect to take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action against the operator. I would not recommend this service to anyone unless they improve their customer service and punctuality.

Comparing to other buses, this bus is very shaky and I slid multiple times from the bed when the brakes were applied. Because of this, my sleep was very bad.

The staff does not consider the comfort of the passengers. Behaved in a rude way. Really worst experience. Never going to choose this bus again.

The blanket was not clean and had a very bad smell, which made the travel uncomfortable. It felt like they had not been properly washed or changed. This was quite disappointing, as clean and fresh bedding is a basic expectation for a comfortable travel.
