I asked the driver to stop somewhere near a toilet facility available for ladies, but I faced an arrogant response from him. But he stopped after 2 hours, which was a horrible experience. other facilities was good.

Staff helped me to get the seat despite booking the wrong date. It helped me a lot considering the bad climate and physical health. Thanks a lot especially to the driver and staff.
