During rain the water is leaking inside.

Bus started at 8:15 am and they stopped at 12:30 for a break. In between, they never stopped the bus for washroom/restroom. Throughout the 10-hour journey, they had only one interval point. They should increase it to at least two.

As per your table, that bus has to report at Villupuram by 1.15 am (early morning) but bus reported at Villupuram Bypass (opposite to Hotel Annamalai) at 2.45 am. No SMS to customer about unusual delay. I almost waited one hour and forty-five minutes with mosquito disturbance. It was very distressing to me. If I had received an SMS, I could have cancelled and taken some other bus. And Villupuram Bypass is not a safe place for passengers during the night time. I called three times but he did not respond properly. When the bus arrived at 2.45 am, the driver spoke to me in an irresponsible way.

Bus breakdown on 19th Oct while I was traveling. No alternate arrangement, no refund, no response. Paid above 1000 for my seats. Faced very worst condition.
