I gave 4 star because I am a regular traveller for bus from Goa to Bangalore. Requested to stop branch Mediwala. They haven't. Again I was charged XXX rupees for cab to go to my home. By mistake I booked this bus. Next time onwards, will go for Intercity which will drop at my location. Apart from that, everything is good. On time pickup and drop.

the bus is not clean. dusty and smelly. unwashed bedsheets. AC blower is broken and can't able to turn off.
