Amogha restaurant was very bad, always they have only 1 or 2 options. That restaurant is not efficient to serve timely food for passengers. Always bus staff and passengers have argument because 20 min time is not enough for passengers to eat at this restaurant. Lastly, when the bus arrives at the restaurant they close the tea and snack counter so passengers are forced to buy their unhygienic food, and when the bus was departing they opened the tea and snack counter. Bus staff was good. If passengers travel change the stop from Amogha to other restaurant, passenger service will be 100 on 100.

The bus was clean and the staff were courteous. However, the timing was very disappointing. The scheduled arrival at Madiwala was 6:30 AM, but we reached around 8:00 AM. Everyone knows there is usually heavy traffic at the Tamil Nadu–Karnataka border and inside Bangalore, so the timetable should be realistic instead of giving false expectations to customers. I had booked a flight from Bangalore based on the scheduled arrival time, and the delay affected my entire journey. When I asked the driver and assistant, they simply said that everyone knows there will be traffic. If that is the case, the schedule should be updated accordingly. Please provide realistic arrival times to avoid causing inconvenience to passengers. I will think twice before booking again. One more point is that the reading lights were not working. I traveled 2 times within one month, but still it's not resolved.
