At the start, the man in charge of luggage settlement was very rude. I asked him to please make sure that my trolley was not at the bottom because it was empty and could not share the load with others on top. He rudely told me to come and see for myself. Throughout the journey, the bus kept taking passengers like a local bus and kept stopping at stops that were not mentioned in the stoppage list. As a result, it was very late and took almost 16 hours. And what makes you think the sleeper seats are enough for two people.

This bus carried Goods more then people, everywhere stop and load, unload Goods, time manner not important they think, all bus dirty and bad smell..
