I'm feeling sick in this bus, I will never book the ticket with Nyay Rath and nor use the red bus booking service. They charged AC and when you get the bus it will be Non AC. And not help you get from booking service.

I booked an AC bus ticket but I was provided a non AC bus and the staff behavior was worst and your bus manager I called also didn't respond well and help me resolve the issue.

Bus reached one hour late. The bus is not comfortable as a sleeper. It seems like it carries goods and passengers are additional.

Bus hygiene is poor. Driver turns the AC off and only the blower works in the closed AC bus.

Very bad service. AC not working, charge point not working. Staff behavior very bad. Punctuality not maintained; 3:30 pm boarding timing but came 6 pm. I request everyone never visit.
