I feel unsafe travelling alone in this bus. Passengers are mostly men with no civic sense. They kept shouting all night. Worst.

I travelled on sleeper but no blanket or pillow was provided throughout the journey. It was very cold and I got sick.

Rest stop was very poor. Bathroom was unhygienic. Food quality was very bad. Need to change this stop.

I booked one network bus from kakopather to guwahati on 6th 26. but it get cancelled and I get msg from network bus operators that refund is initiated. but on the next day when I open app it's showing trip is completed . I call network helpline . they told me that I pay via so I should call them. I tried to get help . all helpline are bot. never understand my issue. even I don't get reply of my mail also . worst experience. and now I don't know what to do.

His bus broke down, after which he dropped him on the way, put him in another car and then took him halfway, then got down from there and then put him in another car. After that, the set given was a reverse operation, which means the driver's way of driving was very wrong.
