Probably the most premium bus service in Assam, and I still feel it is one of the best. However, I noticed a few small things that can make a big difference. A few months ago, they used to provide travel hampers in a -branded bag, which gave a really premium feel. Now, they provide a simple brown, disposable paper bag. The bedsheet also had visible stains and did not feel clean, and the light switch was not working. These may seem like small issues, but for an elite and premium bus service, such details matter. When passengers are paying a premium price, they expect every small detail to be well maintained. I have no major complaint, and I will definitely travel again. Just a little more attention to these small things can make the experience truly premium.
