Everything was fine but one major concern was that no luggage coupon was provided. If any passenger mistakenly takes another passenger's luggage, then who will be held responsible for that? Please look at this matter. It is a serious concern.

Water was dripping from the AC at seat no. 03. The rest of the bus service was ok. The service must include some snacks like biscuits and chips for passengers on board.
