Very bad smell from blanket. Not even able to use. I complained to the attender but he had a don't care attitude. Very bad behaviour. Very bad service. Even 1 hour 30 minutes late by time.

Worst experience. Boarding at Karunamoyee 4:30 pm. Office locked, no staff. Now told to shift buses to Esplanade; staff says take metro with heavy luggage. Standing over one hour, no prior information. After all of that, when another bus took me from Karunamoyee to Esplanade, I again waited for one hour then the bus departed. A nightmare, I would say.
