No space for keeping the luggage and a lot of passengers' luggage was lying on the floor where people can't even move. My leg got injured as the luggage was moving here and there. Myself with four men travelled; none of us got the space. The funny part is we travelled until the last stop. We never saw any luggage taken from the trunk space. As per my understanding, the trunk space is for keeping passengers' goods. They might be moving something else. Very terrible experience.

Toilet facilities are not available. At least stopping at public toilets is advised. Ladies face too much trouble for urinalysis.

Over all very good.

The staff and crew were friendly and helpful, and I have no complaints about their service. However, the main issue was with the lower sleeper berth I booked L7. The windows were completely covered with wooden plywood, making the space feel closed and poorly set with weird sounds coming from plywood. It was extremely suffocating and made the journey very uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I don’t think I will choose sleeper class again with Liyas. I strongly recommend that Liyas Trains address this issue as soon as possible and ensure proper ventilation and access to windows for passengers’ comfort and safety. The staff were good, but the condition of the sleeper coach needs immediate improvement.

Everything was good but hygiene stop was not good.

Everything great, smooth ride, very comfortable, and bus reached destination earlier. The only problem on such a long journey is more washroom breaks are needed. There were only two breaks in the whole journey (15 hrs), one for dinner and only one for restroom. That is way too little. More breaks needed.

The actual journey was very good but before the bus arrived live tracking was awful. It showed the bus had not even left the start point and then I received a message saying I had missed the bus 20 minutes before the bus was even due at my stop. Eventually, the bus arrived 30 minutes late but the live tracking and messaging caused a certain level of stress.

I booked a ticket with an expected arrival time of 8:30 am, as I had a connecting train planned afterwards. Unfortunately, the bus reached only around 12:00 pm because a container lorry had blocked the road at the Churam, which caused a major delay. I understand that such unexpected road situations are not always under the operator’s control. However, the journey could have been managed better. At Muthanga, the bus stopped for around 15 minutes for food, even though we were already running significantly behind schedule. When passengers have connecting trains or other time-sensitive plans, unnecessary additional stops during an already delayed journey can create serious problems. Because of the delay, I missed my train and lost the money I had paid for the ticket. This was a very disappointing experience, especially because the bus was originally scheduled to reach much earlier. I hope better time management is considered during delays and unnecessary long stops are avoided when the service is already running late. For passengers travelling with connecting trains, flights, or other important schedules, punctuality and efficient journey management are extremely important. This is my honest feedback based on my personal travel experience. I hope the service improves in the future.

Supporting staff of the bus was very rude. He was not even ready to tell the details properly even after asking the same repeatedly.
