Staff behaviour was not good. We reached our boarding point on time, but the bus left the stop. We had to board the bus at the next stop.

Please inform the passengers about the dropping point beforehand, handle the suitcase with care, and also provide a water bottle to the passengers.

No seat numbering. No water bottle. No hygiene rest stop. Sleeper cushions are like RTC bus seats. 1 hour delay. Horrible experience.

I booked this for early arrival, I was supposed to reach my destination at 4:40 am but reached at 9:00 am. Bus running condition is not at all good, issue in the seat booking as well, worst experience.
