The travel experience was good, and the bus was very neat and well-maintained. This was my second time travelling on the same bus, and overall, my experience had been good. However, I wanted to suggest scheduling a break in the middle of the journey. I boarded the bus around 9 PM, but the first break was only around 4 AM, which meant sitting continuously for almost 7 hours. I kindly requested you to consider scheduling a break around 2 AM so that passengers could relax and felt more comfortable during the journey. Thank you for your good service.

The charging port for semi-seater was not working and only working for the sleepers. It should have worked because there are people who are traveling 6 to 9 hrs, so it doesn't make sense that they are not enabling it because some customers are using laptops during travel and it makes the bus headlight low brightness. It should have improved.
