Staff behaviour was worst, especially conductor. He showed worst behaviour with customers and used inappropriate language. There is no cleanliness in seats, some insects are there. Only staff are interested in selling the bus seats without the knowledge of the bus owner.

Actually my boarding time was 9:45 pm but the bus came 1 hour late and my drop time was 7:45 am but it was late by almost 3 hours. I will reach my destination at 10 am.

The main issue was the lack of clarity about the route. I asked three times which route the bus would take, but no one gave a clear answer. The cleaner responded that the bus would use the Greenfield Expressway, but after starting on that route, the driver switched back to the old route midway. This created unnecessary confusion for passengers. Also, the cleaner should be trained on how to communicate politely and accurately with customers. Good customer service is important. This is probably one reason why other bus operators run at full capacity while your buses do not. Usually 4-5 months back, weekly I used to travel with Jayanthi. After I got some other better price, I chose some other, but now I didn't choose the price; I choose Jayanthi because for a long time it was a good experience, but that proved me a wrong step into bus.
