Sleeper is not comfortable for sleeping. Cushion is hard. So when compared to other sleeper buses, this sleeper is not good. Bus arrived safely but a little late.

Worst bus travel experience ever! What a terrible journey! My scheduled pickup time was 10:20 PM, but the driver arrived around 11:20 PM, making me wait for an entire hour. The scheduled drop-off time was 6:15 AM, but I finally reached my destination at 9:00 AM — almost 3 hours late. Even after the journey was already delayed, the driver kept stopping along the way for personal purchases, causing further inconvenience to passengers. This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The lack of punctuality and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that the bus operator improve its time management and ensure that drivers follow the scheduled timings. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone.
