Entire bus and windows make disturbing sounds while moving, making a very uncomfortable journey. Staff behaviour and driving are also very unprofessional.

Bus is not clean. Only driver available and no helper or cleaner in the bus. Very difficult for ladies with luggage when no helper and cleaner available.
