No in-bus toilet available in the bus but they mentioned. Walkway filled with bags, unable to walk freely. Seat comfort is very bad.

It may provide very good service generally. But today it has failed in doing so, as it couldn't maintain punctuality due to lots of issues with its tyres. I wish it will be looked into properly to avoid any kind of inconveniences in upcoming days. Thank you.

Driver had deviated the pick up from the booked point and asked me to come to ISBT bus station and I had travelled a different route to catch the bus. Bus booked from Paltan bazar to Jorhat, but driver asked me to come to ISBT and worst response from the location incharge. Nasty communication by the staff and completely dissatisfied. I was planning to go to consumer forum to file a case against the platform.

My last bus journey was quite uncomfortable due to poor temperature control of the AC. The temperature was set too low, making the journey excessively cold. Additionally, the pillows and blankets provided appeared unhygienic and seemed as though they had not been washed or properly cleaned.
