Seat covers or bedsheets for sleeper seat were not cleaned and behavior of the helper/conductor was not appropriate. I can understand the tiredness but it's manageable. That part was not maintained.

Bus is very good, staff behavior is also very good but bus seat is not clean, very dirty. So, please clean the seat.

The bus was on time. Driving was good. Although rest stop was not mentioned, the bus stopped at Jakhalabandha for some time. The rest stop hygiene could be better. The suspension noise was disturbing and I couldn't sleep.

Everything was good except the rest stop, because Rajwada food was tasteless and too costly, washrooms were dirty, and smelled very bad. If you could change the rest stop, you could choose Hotel Muruli because on the opposite side there was a good and premium restaurant where people could eat some good food.
