They waited for passengers more than 10 minutes because of which I was supposed to miss my second bus.

The bus was 2 hours late and did not even stop at the pick up spot Porua Charali. We had to commute at 12:30 AM in the morning with ladies with no transportation to a place. Suddenly, they called us to come to Dolabari for dropping as well. They did not drop us at Paltan Bazaar. Everything went wrong just because they said the bus was a bit delayed. How was passengers' safety not the top priority. I would very much like to get refunded. We had to pay XXXX extra just to commute at 12:30 AM in the morning and spent another XXXX to go to my destination after dropping since they did not stop at Paltan and blamed us for not telling them. We clearly mentioned the drop off.

The worst experience. Firstly, no proper time management by the bus personals. Stopped wherever they want. Secondly, they are not concern about the booking destination. Reminding several times, the bus would have continued to move, if I didn't turn up to the door of the bus while I reached my destination.

Our dropping location was Porua Chariali, however, we were asked to get down at Dolabari. Only after much confrontation, they dropped us at Porua Chariali.
