Considering the ticket price, the bus was not comfortable, and the overall infrastructure was disappointing. Since it was a non-AC bus, there was also a constant rattling and creaking noise, which made the journey even more uncomfortable.

Toilet was ladies toilet, very old concept. The window view was just frustrating. I came from Nazira to Guwahati and believe me I took window seat to look at the natural view, but I could not see due to the iron frame of the window. It meant the glass was lower to my eyesight. Also, the vinyl sheet on the glass was an obstruction. In a few buses, owners did not realize that the names on the glass was a great disturbance for the passengers. When I asked the staff to kindly stop the bus somewhere as I could not go to the toilet because it was not convenient for me, he told me they had no option as the toilet was inside. For me, it was worst.

They threw me on a different bus, in a different seat, and I had to share my seat with an unknown stranger. They put luggage in a different bus also. I had to pay the different bus to receive my own luggage. It was a disaster. I did not know how to complain about this. Kindly let them reach out to me. I paid a lot extra money to just travel and get my own luggage.

They didn't even stop there in a proper location. Me along with other passengers, we had to walk for 5 mins to reach their stop with such heavy baggage. They didn't even stop their bus despite seeing the passengers literally waiting. Such a pathetic experience. Will never travel on this one. Also, they have been constantly switching on their lights which is so irritating while sleeping. Disappointing journey. Ugh!
