My experience was very disappointing. I booked the upper berth, but the bed was full of dust and sand. The AC was also not working properly. Because of these poor conditions, I had a sleepless night and could not travel comfortably. The bus was not properly maintained or cleaned. I am very unhappy with this service and hope the management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness and maintenance.

The whole bus was leaking. Upper berths were literally dripping water. No proper maintenance and how you fix hefty amount as ticket price. Whole bus passengers were struggling to sleep. If you can't provide quality travel, get out of travel business.

No due to some medical emergency am unable to travel in that bus where I am contact in the night Transport office they talk to me very rudely like what can we do that's your problem the way he replace very rude he should reply me very humbly sorry we are not responsible for that because you booked it and that bus sorry for convince we cannot cancel our ticket and you will not getting any refund like that he should talk very humbly but he is talking very rudely I am not fighting to cost my money just I am asking him rudely what is the behaviour.

I booked an AC bus with Annai Travels, but the air conditioning was not working properly. Since the windows were permanently closed, there was no proper ventilation, and I had to travel while sweating throughout the journey. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I expected better service from an AC bus operator. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Annai Travels. I hope they take this issue seriously and improve their service.

2 hours 30 minutes late from the departure time. Driver not responding properly. Inappropriate talking. Totally waste of money.

It was raining from Trichy till Hosur. During rain, water leakage happened in my couch and seat became fully wet. It is worst experience. Won't travel again in Anni.
