1st driver is very rude and pathetic behaviour and treatment is like as if we are his nowkars. 2nd AC not working, almost 20 members suffered. They clearly know AC is not working and say every time 30 minutes mechanic will come. He continued story from 11 pm to 2 pm and they all slept. 3rd thing is very horrible. Even though there's no rest stop mentioned, not even once he stopped the bus for restroom purpose. Nearly one teenager begged like anything. 4th thing, cleanliness is like all sand everywhere, not even cleaned from the previous trip. Unless you have a dying relative or serious person on bed and you needed to go - don't book this bus in lifetime. I repeat never. Annai travels - don't book again.

I booked one seat of double berth. I was unable to keep my laptop bag. It was not comfortable to sit also. Don't choose this bus next time.
