Very very bad experience. Very late bus for 2 hours. Pick up and drop is very bad. Bus full of blood bugs is there. Bus not cleaned properly. No safety in bus.

The bus was delayed by 1hr 30 mins. The drop was mentioned as 8 am but it is 12 pm and I am still in the bus. This is very unprofessional. Timings are not being valued at all. Too many breaks in the middle for a long time. Very bad experience.

Expected Mapusa Goa at 10.30am but reached 2.30pm, 4 hours late. Don't expect a smooth journey in this bus. Very, very old bus. Bus repair caused 4 hours delay, but owner gave a new bus. Driver is very polite and professional. I give 5 stars for the driver.

Worst traveling history from Bangalore to Manipal. Firstly, the bus was not well maintained. Dust was everywhere, foul smelling and the AC control was not functioning. Multiple stops without any reason. Poor communication from the driver. He did not know the proper route and dropped me 6km away from my dropping point. It was delayed by 3 hours.
