I was made to travel in second last seat in national travel bus mentioning that bus was cancelled. Giving 2 star as at least that bus was ok and on time but this is not what we expect as customer.

Bus was scheduled at 6:45, but came at 8:45, 2 hours delayed. Unhygienic bus, foul smell all over, smell of smoke. Staff are rude. Scheduled reach time was 8 am, bus reached at 12 pm, 4 hours delayed. Bus condition is pathetic, bus stopped due to repair issues all night.

Bus was not in a good condition. Delayed by 5 hrs. Diesel got over in between, bus got broke down in between. Last stop chabged to Majestic on reaching.

Charging point not working. Bus is delayed. Destination time was 8.20 but still not reached. Now estimate time is 12.

Extremely poor service and total lack of respect for customers. My bus was rescheduled from 5:15 to 7:15 with zero prior notice. When I tried calling the driver, the line was unreachable. To make matters worse, the operator spoke to me recklessly and showed complete disrespect. They clearly do not value their customers.
