Bus delayed more than 3 hrs at boarding point and also changed boarding point without informing. Staff behaviour was rude.

I travelled so many times with multiple buses but I have never seen any bus like this. Bus was late by 1 hour from the boarding point Noida and the driver never even tried to fill the travel time. They never wanted to reach the destination on time. Bus was good but the staff was terrible. Just because they had one or two empty seats, they stopped anywhere. They started calling the passengers from Sultanpur to Azamgarh for 100 rs, they got 6-7 passengers from there and they stopped anywhere anytime to pick up and drop the passengers. Worst and terrible experience with this bus staff.
