The passengers had to keep the luggage on their seat and did not have much space. There should be a luggage cabin. The upper berth was too congested and had water leaking onto the seat.

The bus was 30 minutes delayed and then we were not given the correct bus. We didn't get our appropriate seat we booked for the friends sleeper. We were given back seater and then they told us that they will change the bus and we reached Coimbatore. My bus was from Perinthalmanna to Chennai and then I had to sit in seater till I reached Coimbatore. The AC was also not working. I need a refund.

Very very poor experience. No blanket, no charging point, different bus from the booked one, late by almost 5 hours.

Booked sleeper seat and got seater and travelled for 7 hrs in seat and then they changed the bus in early morning.
