This was the worst experience I ever had. First, the bus was not identifiable as Velocity X press. Something else was written. The driver did not have a helper along and was left to do both the facilitation (collecting passengers and load/unload luggage) and driving. He did that at each stopping and ended up 2 hrs late, adding enormous stress and unable to catch office bus and school bus.
